This package is designed for the coach or service professional that wants to host a JV webinar.

  • You are a self-proclaimed do-it-yourselfer (DIYer).
  • You are not comfortable with technology and wonder whether or not you are setting up the webinar properly.

This package allows you to save time, and avoid any confusion and uncertainty that comes with being a coach or service professional versus a virtual assistant or marketing strategist.

Please note: You will also be responsible for finding a graphic designer, providing all copy (or finding a copywriter( and/or web designer, if needed. This option does not include an encore webinar.

This package includes:

  • 30-minute kickoff call with both parties
  • Shared virtual workspace
  • Set up of one webinar
  • Unlimited email support during webinar (within 48 business hours, and between the hours of 9am and 5 pm Eastern, Monday - Thursday)

Plus,

  • Set up email broadcasts to current list to get them to sign up for webinar (2)
  • Branded landing page created using LeadPages to capture emails and give prospects an outline of what they will learn and be supplied.*
  • Tweak autoresponder set-up (up to 3-5 emails in series)
  • Custom thank you page created using Leadpages template
  • Custom post-confirmation page (if your ESP requires a double opt-in. I use a template that helps you increase your sign-ups)
  • Set up reminder emails (3) to ensure clients know that the call is happening soon

This package is designed for the coach or service professional that wants to host a JV webinar. You value your time and would rather delegate the setup, implementation and day-to-day marketing of your webinar.

This package allows you to save time, while still being involved in the creation/marketing process.

Please note: You will be responsible for creating the copy for the webinar (i.e. sales page and promotional emails). You will also be responsible for finding a graphic designer, copywriter and/or web designer, if needed.

  • Up to six weeks of ongoing launch strategy and support
  • Weekly support, progress, and update calls (1-hour)

This package is designed for the coach or service professional that wants to launch a webinar and group program. It allows you to save time, and rest assured that your webinar is being set up and marketed by a knowledgeable professional. You get to focus on your clients and more creative work, and I’ll take care of filling your virtual seats. You value your time and would rather delegate the setup and marketing of your webinar completely. As your partner, I will be responsible for finding a graphic designer, copywriter and/or web designer, if needed.

Webinar marketing

  • Create three images and 10 text posts (Facebook (5) and Twitter (5)).
  • Rotate and distribute posts and tweets the week leading up to the webinar via Hootsuite
  • Ask other business owners (who serve the same market) to share the event with their peeps.
  • Post the event within three webinar directories
  • Swipe copy created to share with your JV and strategic partners

During the launch

  • Launch calendar and webinar checklist provided
  • Support during call to ensure the call is recording (depends on the platform used)
  • Schedule a post from FB business page inviting peeps to the webinar 20 minutes before the live webinar, saying  “LIVE! Join us!” Include the link to your opt-in page, so that last minute additions are added to your list and get the webinar login information.
  • As people log in, before the webinar starts, ask them to go to our FB page and “share” to post. (Share you’ll be randomly selecting someone for a special gift??)
  • Create drip campaign within your ESP to ensure all information goes out at the appropriate time.
  • Set up and manage up to (10) affiliate accounts

After the webinar

  • Sales page promotion
  • Payment integration with sales page
  • Download mp3 audio and create an encore call
  • After encore, add recording to replay page
  • Set up a series of emails to go directly to those that signed up for the call. In doing so, we’re going to segment your list targeting your warm prospects
  • Set up a series of (2-3) follow-up emails to go to only those who signed up for the webinar
  • Distribute five follow-up emails about special offer (direct to sales page)
